Wine Down Ranch welcomes the Crooked River Open Pastures (C.R.O.P) farm tour to the McKay Creek Valley, north of Prineville, on Saturday, August 15th. Guests can join a "Timber to Table" tour, led by owner and professional Forester, Roy Beyer. During the 90-minute tour, Roy will explain the sustainable logging practices he uses on the 2,100 acre ranch.
